Who Benefit From Our Programs
Our community initiatives are rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and connected. Through programs like Northshire Pride, we celebrate visibility, belonging, and the diversity that strengthens our region. Through Freedom Team, we mobilize compassionate, community-led support for neighbors experiencing crisis or unexpected hardship. Together with future initiatives, the Northshire Community Coalition works to build a stronger, more resilient Northshire by fostering inclusion, volunteerism, civic engagement, mutual aid, and meaningful partnerships across Manchester, Dorset, Sunderland, Arlington, Winhall, Peru, and beyond. Our mission is to create a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive because we show up for one another.
